Jill oversees marketing, business development, sales and client and vendor management efforts for projects. An expert in revenue generation, Corley brings experience from Native Campervans, where she increased annual revenue by 374 percent in two years as regional operations manager, to her new role. In addition, Corley worked as a business developer and student enrollment specialist for Muscle Activation Techniques where she helped the organization increase its revenue by $500,000.
She received her bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University. Working in business development and operations for more than 10 years, she brings a strong business background to her role. Jill is responsible for supporting and promoting the growth of Executive Option by finding new ways to serve client partners and cultivating client relationships and internal teams.
In addition, she also oversees the Charlie-Mike Foundation, Executive Option’s non-profit commitment, which connects veterans with skilled local resources for successful transitions back to civilian life and work.
For the past two years, Alexa Del Prado has served as Executive Option’s associate director of community relations. In her role, she is responsible for continually capturing and capitalizing on service opportunities for the company. In addition, she writes blog posts, produces social media content, creates promotional graphics, develops advertisements, executes email campaigns and oversees the company’s partner relations. Within the next year, Alexa aims to increase brand awareness for the company by 10 percent through the use of content creation.
In addition, she spearheads Executive Option’s Remarkable Achievements Recognized Everyday (R.A.R.E.) Awards and Scholarship programs created to recognize and reward deserving Southern Nevada students with scholarships, technology, school supplies and more.
Prior to joining the Executive Option team, Alexa served as the Best Buddies chapter president at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she raised funds for the Best Buddies gala and advocated for people from the intellectual and developmental disabilities community. She also worked as a preschool teacher at Baby University. She is greatly inspired by Executive Option’s President and Chief Executive Officer Mike Del Prado, who motivates her to approach her career with hunger and ambition.
Outside of her role at Executive Option, Del Prado gives back to the local community by volunteering for Best Buddies Nevada, the Alzheimer’s Association and the Charlie-Mike Foundation, Executive Option’s non-profit partner charity.
Del Prado hails from Riverside, California. She attends the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she is majoring in journalism with an emphasis in marketing and public relations and minoring in sociology.
Melissa Medina joined the Executive Option team as a marketing strategist more than two years ago. Upon joining the organization, she successfully launched Executive Option’s social media strategy across key platforms as well as the social strategy for the Charlie-Mike Foundation, Executive Option’s non-profit partner charity. Today, she continues to develop marketing strategies and tactics for Executive Option through close collaboration with other members of the marketing team. Within the next year, she seeks to increase brand awareness of the company by 10 percent and brand engagement by five percent. She is responsible for researching current marketing trends, analyzing media metrics, creating graphics, taking photos for digital use and writing and editing content. Additionally, she assists with advertisement creation, event planning and new team member training. Lastly, Medina’s duties also include community outreach, fundraising, volunteer coordination, managing partner relations and developing Executive Option’s Remarkable Achievements Recognized Everyday (R.A.R.E.) Awards and Scholarship programs created to recognize and reward deserving Southern Nevada students.
She is a current member of the American Marketing Association’s Las Vegas chapter. Outside of her current role, Medina also gives back to the local community by volunteering her time at Centennial Hills Hospital, Project 150 and the Charlie-Mike Foundation.
She attended the College of Southern Nevada where she earned her associate degree in business as well as the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned her bachelor’s degrees in business administration, specializing in marketing and entrepreneurship. Medina is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada.
For more than four years, Lance Upshur has served as Executive Option’s project manager and director of strategy. In his position, Upshur is responsible for managing multiple projects and client accounts, projecting staffing and overseeing vendor relations. In addition, he continually seeks to capture and capitalize on service opportunities for the company. Within the next 18 months, Upshur aims to grow the business as well as increase company revenue by 50 percent.
Prior to his current role, He worked for a organizations within the general business and healthcare sectors, including serving as a clinical consultant for Gray Wolf LLC, infection control coordinator for the 215 Surgery Center and infection control coordinator for Monos Health.
He is greatly inspired by Executive Option president and chief executive officer Mike Del Prado, who leads by example through managing complex business initiatives and successfully delivering results.
Upshur is a current member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. He is also a certified American Medical Technologist Professional and a past chapter member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control.
He attended Southern New Hampshire University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in health science. Upshur is originally from Los Angeles, California.
Mike Del Prado serves as president and chief executive officer (CEO) at Executive Option, a Southern Nevada-based business consulting firm specializing in enterprise systems and change management. In addition, he holds extensive knowledge of the U.S., European, Latin American and Asian markets. He is fluent in Spanish and English and can speak Italian at a conversational level.
A U.S. veteran, he also founded the Charlie-Mike Foundation offering veterans access to trained career mentors, personal and family-oriented career plans driven by the veteran’s health, financial and individualized needs, as well as ongoing and long-term career support and resources.
Mike is native to Los Angeles County. He has also proudly earned multiple certificates and professional designations throughout career, including Certified Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master.
Joshua Nune, as COO primary responsibility is to manage the company’s day-to-day operations as well as provide strategic guidance to the team. In his new role, he looks to bolster Executive Option’s internal teams towards greater autonomy, allowing each team to lead their own departments with minimal input from the executive staff. Joshua brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current position, including four years of past work experience as project manager for Executive Option as well as experience in the United States Navy as a surgical technologist.
Keith Olson brings more than five years of experience as a recruiter and human resources professional to his current role at Executive Option. After attending a resume building workshop for the Charlie-Mike Foundation, Executive Option’s non-profit commitment, he was thrilled to accept a role as a recruiter. In his new position, he is responsible for filling open positions for multiple clients. He seeks out potential applicants from various sources, conducts screenings and interviews and offers positions to qualified candidates.
Prior to Executive Option, Olson worked as the director of operations for CRI Counter Terrorism Training School for five years, operations manager of American Shooters Inc. for four years and served in the U.S. Army for more than 14 years where he achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class E-7. He is deeply inspired by his mentor, Command Sergeant Major William Gainey of the U.S. Army. According to Olson, Gainey’s words of wisdom as well as his motivation and drive to be the best have remained on the forefront of Olson’s mind for more than 20 years.
Outside of his role at Executive Option, he works with Supportive Services for Veteran Families in association with the Salvation Army to provide homeless veterans with much needed housing and reintegration services. He is originally from Wisconsin.
